What is the delivery time of my order?

  • Delivery time depends on your location and the chosen shipping method. Within the Netherlands it usually takes 1-3 business days. For international orders it can take 5-15 business days.

How can I track my order?

  • You will receive an email with a track & trace code once your order has been shipped. This allows you to track the status of your package online.

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you want to make changes.

What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. For orders within the Netherlands, we will pay for our own account. For orders abroad above €50, shipping is free.
